Omar was kidnapped from the party in Ra'i. At noon on Saturday, Hamas published pictures of him handcuffed, suffering and beaten, and also a video in which he is lying in a van with the terrorists above his head. Omar is sick with a chronic intestinal disease and his family puts pressure on the Red Cross in order for him to receive the pills he needed. During the shooting at the party, Omar hid in one of the shelters and wrote to his mother from there. The last sentence he wrote to her was "I'm dying of fear".
