Hello!

 

My name is Eliya Tzanua, and I am very excited to join the community! I am 23 years old and currently live in Jerusalem. My parents made Aliyah from France 30 years ago, so yes, I speak fluent French! ;-)

 

I have an older brother and three younger siblings – one brother and two sisters. For the past few years, I studied at the Sha'alvim Hesder Yeshiva, which is located in a small Yishuv near Modi’in.

 

In my free time, I love playing football, going for a run, and reading books. I have never tried skiing in my life, so I am very excited to learn and maybe even turn it into a hobby! While I don't have much experience with Jewish communities abroad, my cousins inspired me to do Shlichut after they did their own Shlichut for two years in France.

 

I am looking forward to getting to know everyone, learning together, and being an active part of the community. I am excited for what's to come and cannot wait to meet you all!

Football, running, listening to music, reading books, and playing board games.
