Prayat Pilatram, a Thai national and agricultural worker from Buriram, was one of five people killed in a rocket attack from Lebanon today (Thursday, 31 October 2024) aimed at the Metula area.
He was working in an apple orchard with four other people when the attack took place. One other person was wounded in the attack.
A total of 7 civilians were killed in rocket attacks from Lebanon that day, the highest single-day casualty rate since the rocket attack on Majdal Shams on 27 July, which killed 12 children.
