Information is accurate to the best of our knowledge.

In case of discrepancy between the Hebrew and the English, the Hebrew should take precedence.

Yvonne Rubio, 26 years old from Kfar Saba, an employee of the Open University, was murdered with her partner Antonio Macias, 28 years old.In a photo of Yvonne and Antonio, with their two children - his daughter, Manuela and her son Aviel, they are shown in one of their happiest moments during the last Purim holiday, colorful and cheerful as they always were," says her sister-in-law Rimona Weiss. "Each of them ended up in a relationship with a child, and as soon as they met they became one, happy and cheerful family."They were the happiest people I knew. They lived with crazy optimism. Yvonne was full of joy, a real ray of sunshine with endless giving, and so was Antonio. It can be said that the will they left behind is to continue to be happy and dance salsa."Yvonne was born in Jerusalem to a family of immigrants from Colombia, studied at the Hebrew Gymnasium and served as an operator in the IDF. At the age of 22 she gave birth to her son Aviel, as a single mother. She wanted to be a mother the most, when she wanted something - she went with him to the end.She met Antonio at a Colombian party organized by the community in Israel, which included her and his parents. Yvonne's beauty could not be missed, Antonio saw her and that was it, since then they have not been apart for a second. They also went to the party in Re'im together, left the children with Antonio's parents in Ra'anana and continued south with some friends.
